What is Snackit?
  • Snackit curates and delivers premium snacks from emerging independent brands, tailored to your taste and nutritional preferences, on a monthly subscription basis. Whether you’re vegan with a penchant for sweet and salty treats, enjoy umami-rich snacks with low sugar, or have a love for diverse flavors but need to avoid nuts, we’ve got you covered.
  • Snackit is a play on words for "Snack Kit"
    What's in each snack box?
    Each snack box contains up to 7 unique shelf-stable snacks from emerging independent snack brands. We do not source our snacks from established snack brands (e.g. Lays, Pringles, etc.) that you may typically find in your local grocery store. We want you to discover something tasty when you're on the go, hungry between lunch and dinner, reading a book, or just to satisfy your inner foodie.
      What makes your snack box different anyway?
      • We help you discover new snacks the way you prefer it. Low sugar and high protein only without nuts? All of that is possible!
      • We support small snack businesses (i.e. you won't find Lays potato chips or other mass-produced snacks) to provide a more delightful, sustainable, and unique experience while supporting local communities, offering an alternative to mainstream brands.

      Subscription Info

      What happens after the first snack box?
      We’ll send an email to you to remind you of your upcoming snack box shipment where you could also manage your subscription.
      If you would like to learn more about the snacks you're going to get and decide whether you want to swap them (only after your order was placed), please follow these instructions:
      1. Login to your account on getsnackit.com
      2. Go to Order History on the top right of your screen
      3. Go to your most recent order and click View Snacks 
      4. Swap snacks and view info as needed (be sure to save your changes); the snacks will be different from your past snacks you've received.
      How do I manage my subscription? e.g. skip an order, cancel my subscription, etc.

          What are the nutritional preferences* that I could filter by?
          Nutritional Preference Description
          Lower Calorie <120 Calories
          Lower Sugar <5g per serving
          Lower Carb <10g per serving
          Higher Protein >10g per serving
          Dairy/Nut/Soy/Gluten free Does not contain these ingredients if checked, however, snack packaging may still indicate that it was manufactured in a facility that processes these allergens. 
          Vegan Free of all animal ingredients and animal by-products
          Vegetarian Does not include meat (including fowl) or seafood, or products containing those foods.

          *We make align our nutritional preferences with FDA standards where possible.

          Shipping & Tracking

          What are the shipping options?
          We currently ship within the United States. There may be additional charges if shipping for your order is above $10. 
            When will I receive my order?
            We typically ship within 1-2 weeks and fulfill on Saturdays.
              What do I do if I never received my order?
              Please check your tracking updates first to ensure the delivery was officially completed. If you still cannot find your package, please contact us at hello@getsnackit.com with subject line: "Missing order"
                What do I do if I receive a defective order?
                Please submit a photo of the damages to hello@getsnackit.com with subject line "Damaged order". From there, our team will confirm the damages, and help with a free replacement, store credit, or refund.
