Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, all snack subscription purchases made through getsnackit.com are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on orders once they have been delivered.

Gift card purchases through getsnackit.com are also considered final.

Subscription Management: To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure your subscription is deactivated before the renewal date. Charges for subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Delayed or Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from the shipping date, please get in touch with us at hello@getsnackit.com, including your order number and details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: We strive for excellence in every box we send out. If you receive a damaged product or if there’s an error with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@getsnackit.com with details and photos of the issue.
